What are your normal business hours?
Our normal business hours are:- Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
- Saturday-Sunday 10am-3pm, Pickup only
How do I redeem a gift card?
When a gift card is purchased, the customer receives an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value. When a customer redeems a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:
- If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then the customer can click Complete order.
- If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then the customer is prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
If a customer wants to buy a gift card for someone else, then they need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Contact us immediately so we can make any last minute changes prior to production or processing. There is no guarantee that changes can be made.
Can I purchase an item that is sold out?
Of course! Just send us an email with the item you like and we'll be happy to get an order started for you. Since our items are handmade, the turnaround will take some time. Specific details will be discussed with you directly via email.
What is your return/exchange policy? Can I return my board or cancel my order?

Do you offer repairs?
Splitting, cracking, and warping are a possibility with hardwood products. It's important to understand how to properly care for your product to prevent any damage. If you find that your product is showing signs of deterioration, send us an email and we'll see how we can be of help. What is a juice groove?
You will notice some of our boards have a channel on the perimeter of it. This is referred to as juice groove and its purpose is to catch drippings from carving meat or other juicy foods.
Can I put my board in the dishwasher?
We do not recommend you put your cutting boards in the dishwasher. Handwashing is the best way to clean your board while maintaining the integrity of it. For more information on proper care and maintenance, check out our product care page.
Custom Orders
Can I engrave my wood cutting board?
Definitely!! We offer custom personalization for an additional fee. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot engrave boards already sealed with a protective finish; however, we can with a custom order. Contact us with your idea and we'll work with you to make it happen.
